1boxchocolate cake mix
2eggs
2cupszucchini(shredded)
Instructions
Shred one to two zucchinis with a hand grater or food processor with has a shredding attachment until you have 2 cups of shredded zucchini.
Add the chocolate cake mix, eggs, and shredded zucchini into a mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. If the mixture seems too dry, add a tablespoon of water at a time to the mixture until it reaches the consistency of cake batter.
Pour the chocolate zucchini cake batter into two lightly greased loaf pans or one bundt pan.
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the cake.
Let the cake cool completely before adding frosting, if desired. Cut into small pieces and serve.
