Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Protein-Packed Dark Chocolate Power Cakes Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Lightly coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray or line each cup with muffin liners.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix together the Kodiak cake mix, bananas, and eggs. Combine until the batter becomes pourable and there are no large banana pieces.
  • Pour the batter into each muffin cup. Fill each muffin cup until ¾ of the way full. There should be enough batter to fill about 12 muffin cups. Add a few chocolate chips on top before baking, if desired.
  • Bake the muffins for 15 minutes. Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
