Also called "funeral potatoes", this cheesy potato casserole is an easy side dish for a large crowd. It is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and gatherings.

Ingredients
1package (32 oz.)hash browns(thawed)
½cupbutter(melted)
1cancream of chicken soup
1cancheddar cheese soup
1 ½cupssour cream
½cupfinely chopped onion
1teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
2cupscorn flakes
¼cupbutter(melted)
Instructions
Mix together the hash browns, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Pour the potato mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
Combine the corn flakes and additional melted butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Do not cover the casserole with foil. Bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
