Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder (omit if making a vanilla milkshake)

Instructions

  • Add the milk and cottage cheese to the blender. Blend until you no longer see any cottage cheese curds.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy and smooth.
