Ingredients

Instructions

  • Gather the tart cherry juice, magnesium powder, and sparkling water or prebiotic soda.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a glass.
  • Gently stir the ingredients together with a spoon or a handheld frother.

Notes

Drink the mocktail 30–60 minutes before bedtime to help promote a restful night sleep.
I suggest making the cherry juice mocktail right before you drink it. This prevents the carbonation from dissipating and going flat.
