Aldi sells three different Indian flavored simmer sauces. Make sure to try these three simmer sauces from Aldi if you are searching for the best tikka masala sauce in a jar or the best Indian flavored simmer sauce in a jar:

  • Tikka Masala: A tomato-based simmer sauce with ginger & coriander
  • Butter Chicken: A creamy tomato curry sauce made with almonds and a variety of spices including smoked paprika
  • Korma: A creamy yellow simmer sauce with a variety of mild spices and coconut

The simmer sauces come in a glass jar. Each simmer sauce flavor is clearly marked and is labeled with a separate color. The Tikka Masala has a red label, the Butter Chicken has a blue label, and the Korma simmer sauce has a yellow label.

I was slightly surprised the price for the simmer sauce at Aldi has increased so much. Aldi's products are usually much cheaper than other grocery stores. However, Target's grocery label, Good & Gather, currently sells Indian flavored simmer sauces for $3.29 (as of 2/1/2023). Trader Joe's also sells a tikka masala sauce.

    Does aldis still carry burmans tikka masala curry sauce
